✅ Who’s Typically Eligible?
- Wisconsin resident
- 14–19 years of age
- Eligible for or receiving free & reduced‑price lunch
- Has not previously held a driver license
🚗 What the Grant Usually Covers
The Driver Education Grant generally covers our Online Classic Program, which includes:
- 30 hours of online classroom instruction
- 6 hours of behind‑the‑wheel driving
- 6 hours of in‑car observation
📋 How It Works (When the Round Opens)
- Step 1 — Pre‑Register: Use the form below so you’re first in line.
- Step 2 — Apply: When we email that it’s open, submit the official grant application right away.
- Step 3 — Watch Email: Look for your approval codes (check Promotions/Spam if needed).
- Step 4 — Redeem & Enroll: Use your codes at checkout to enroll in Crash Course WI.
Note: Don’t enroll before applying unless you already have approval codes — that can affect eligibility.

Final eligibility and awards are determined by the Wisconsin Department of Transportation.
